Here’s How Old 10 Celebrities Look, According to Microsoft’s Facial Recognition Technology

Microsoft is testing new facial recognition software integrated into its search engine Bing, and one of the ways they’re testing it out is guessing people’s ages just from their faces.

“How Old Do I Look?” lets you search for images with Bing, or upload your own photos – if you DARE to let them guess your age!

We decided to have a little fun with the technology ourselves and plug some celebrity photos in to see what the results said. Knowing how many celebrities there are in Hollywood who seemingly refuse to age, Microsoft’s results were at best inconsistent and, often, hilariously incorrect.

We tried it with recent photos of some famously ageless celebs, and also tested it out with some iconic album covers – which were admittedly helped a bit with Photoshop. But the results were curious nonetheless. Interestingly, most of the album covers actually made the artists look older than they were, according to Microsoft. But they nailed one of them correctly!

Here’s how old Microsoft thinks these celebs look, along with their actual ages at the time of the photos.
